Personal Training Plus
With the Personal Training Plus program, you can choose one of the packages below. Included with the program is a monthly fitness evaluation, weekly one-on-one personal training sessions, a nutrition analysis, and a monthly counseling session.

Monthly Fitness Evaluation
- Involves several measurements, including waist circumference, BMI, aerobic fitness, and percent body fat, as well as measurements of the arm, hips, thigh, and calf.
Weekly One-on-one Training
-A program will be designed just for you to help you reach your ultimate goal
Monthly Nutrition Counseling
-A nutrition analysis will be performed on your 7-day food diary. Each month you will sit down with your Personal Trainer to assess your dietary intake and identify where change is needed to promote healthier dietary habits.
Group Training
In addition to the Personal Training included in your membership, we now offer Group Training. This program is an affordable fun way to give you that extra edge in your training. Find a partner or group or we will help you join up with someone. A group of friends or our trainers will also participate in the workout.
Team Training
Youth sports teams, junior hockey teams, and elite athletes all have access the the expert health and fitness professionals at the M.O.G. Our high trained staff is able to design team training sessions, specific to the sport, that will improve not only the performance of the team on the field, but also develop a team bond that is essential for team success.
