The M.O.G.sm is proud to offer our signature Be S.A.F.E. Programs. These programs offer a combination of education and exercise. They are designed to teach you how to function at your highest potential regardless of age or current condition. They provide pre and post functional testing allowing you and your physician to measure your outcomes.

Pilates for Spinal Rehab
This is a six week course instructed by a licensed Physical Therapist. It is designed for the special needs of Low Back Patients, who are interested in a safe and effective way to eliminate or reduce their pain, while gaining the benefit of core strengthening and safe exercise techniques.

Fitness For The Ages
Utilize the appropriate guidelines for the older adult exerciser is the key to keeping participants safe and motivated. Our six week program will introduce the recommendations for aerobic conditioning, strength training and flexibility. After completeing this program, you will be able to carry out an effectibe exercise routine with confidence.

M.O.G.sm Kidz
Our childhood obesity program is comprised of both exercise and nutritional education components. Understanding that parental involvement is vital to the success of the child. We invite parents to use the gym for FREE while their child attends the M.O.G.sm Kidz session. We also strongly encourage parents to attend the nutritional counseling segments.

M.O.G.A. Stretch
Proper stretching makes your workouts more effective and reduces injuries. Our trained professionals offer you a 30-45 minute hands on manual stretching session allowing your muscles to respond more effectively and offering benefits that are long lasting.

Complications from obesity related conditions are often life threatening, but with a physician's prescription and the help of the professionals at the M.O.G.sm we can start you on your road to recovery.

The first portion of this portion begins with a comprehensive evaluation by a licensed Physical Therapist who will personalize an exercise program based on your condition and needs. This portion is covered by most insurances.

You will then continue your exercise program with a 45 dat M.O.G.sm membership under guidance of the Member Care Coordinator who will monitor your progress and attendance. We are proud to be the only fitness center in Western New York to offer this program!
