Member Options
Premium Membership
This membership includes three one hour sessions with a Personal Trainer. You will also receive one FREE training session each month to keep you progressing. Your individual program will be designed after a thorough evaluation of your current health and goals you wish to achieve. This membership also includes classes, one free MOGA session, and access to all fitness equipment in the club.
Snowbird (May through October)
Hey, we wish we could go south for the winter too! This membership allows you to stay healthy year-round by continuing your fitness plan during the months you are in Western New York. Your membership will include three one hour sessions with a Personal Trainer, use of all club equipment, and access to all of our group fitness classes. Proof of residency in another state is required.
College Students
This membership is available with proof of a college I.D. You will receive a personalized program set up by a Trainer. You will also have access to all equipment and group fitness classes.
GIPT Patient Discount
This option is available for patients who are being discharged from Grand Island Physical Therapy. There are a variety of discounts available to you depending on the type of M.O.G.sm membership you wish to join. This includes a FREE month for an individual unlimited membership! Your Physical Therapist will provide you with the ticket and explain your options!
1 Month, 1 Time
This trial offer is available one time per person. We are confident that this limited trial offer will convince you that the M.O.G.SM is a premier club at an affordable price! If you choose to join, we will apply this fee to any member option.

Medical Members
This membership is for clients with medical conditions that require one on one attention. We will schedule a staff member to assist you on the gym floor during your fitness program at the M.O.G.sm.
Corporate Memberships
Many corporations are recognizing the benefits of exercise for employees. The M.O.G. will assist corporations in instituting a corporate wellness program that may reduce workers compensation and health insurance premiums.

Insurances
Silver Sneakers: IHA Encompass 65 and IHA Medicare Encompass eligible. No cost to member.
IHA: Flex Fit health insurance pays money towards membership.
BC/BS: Aqua, Fitblue, and Well Flex accepted here. Inquire at front desk. Also BC/BS of WNY 3 month gym trial available here.
Univera: Healthy Solutions- Insurance will reimburse member. After payment to the club, Univera will reimburse money directly to the member.
