The M.O.G. is located in a state of the art facility specifically designed to enhance your exercise experience!
As part of a comprehensive exercise program, the M.O.G. has a complete selection of equipment that will exercise your heart and cardiovascular system. From treadmills to stationary bikes, ellipticals to spinner bikes, the cardio area will give you the aerobic workout you are looking for.
Another option available to members with limited time is circuit training. The beauty of circuit training is to combine both an aerobic workout with a resistance, strength training program. The M.O.G. staff has designed a 10 station circuit that will work all the major muscles groups and do it in such a way that it will also exercise your cardiovascular system. All of this can be done in 30-40 minutes. A great option for a lunchtime workout or when time is tight.
STRENGTH TRAINING does more than simply improve your look. Stronger, firmer, larger muscles also increase your bodies metabolism. This increased metabolism improves your overall health. Resistance training (weight lifting) is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.
SELECTORIZED WEIGHTS at the M.O.G. are available to isolate all the major muscle groups around all of the joints. These machines are safe and easy to use. By allowing adjustments to meet individual body size, the staff at the MOG can assist you in planning your exercise routine.
FREE WEIGHTS at the M.O.G. are also available in a room designed for members wishing to exercise in an environment of barbells, weight plates and body sculpting equipment.
