Total Body Workout
Just the basics here in this class, some cardio, sit-ups, push-ups and general strength and conditioning. This class finishes with an overall stretch for the Total Body Workout.

Body Sculpting
Stengthen your entire body during this session. Dumbbells, bars and balls will be used in this class to PUMP YOU UP!

Cardio Kick-Box
If you are looking for a high intensity aerobic class, this is the one for you. You will learn a combination of kick-boxing, step routines, and high-energy floor aerobic exercises. Come ready to sweat.

Ultimate Abs
This half hour class will target your abdominal muscles like no other. We recommend starting with a half hour aerobic work out in the gym followed by this intense abs class.

Step Aerobics
Here you will learn the basics to mastering a step aerobic class. It is a great cardio workout and lots of fun, so if you're up for a good sweat, give it a try.

Flexercise
In this class, the physio-balls are used to help improve balance and postural alignment. It incorporates 20 minutes each of cardio-vascular work, strength training, and flexibility for a well-rounded workout.

Silver Sneakers Muscular Strength and Range of MovementHave fun and move to the music through a variety of exercise designed to increase strength and range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights and elastic tubing and a ball are used as resistance, while a chair is used for seated and standing support.

Silver Sneakers II Cardio Circuit
Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

Silver Sneakers Yoga Stretch
Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restoration breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
